Bali has one 9 hole course in Sanur, and 4 x 18 hole courses. Handara is located in Bedugal in the mountains, Nusa Dua Golf & Country Club in Nusa Dua, New Kuta near Ulawatu (SW Bukit) and Nirwana, the Greg Norman designed course alongside the ocean overlooking Tanah Lot temple. All are unique championship courses, tropical Nirwana, the mountain setting of Handara and the 2 drier courses at the southern end of Bali. All offer hire clubs or bring your own. 

Although 2 of the courses Nirwana and New Kuta have a membership system, the public can still play at most times. In addition a group of local golfers (visitors always welcome) has formed a club called Raffles which has arranged preferential green fees at all courses. Specific times apply, and is a great way to meet local & tourist golfers. Nusa Dua has a group that plays on a Saturday.
