Only accessible by car, down a pretty rough track. Once there, a bit of magic, with locally run beach front warungs, serving fresh caught fish etc & cool drinks, etc also beach lounge chairs & umbrellas (for a small fee). The water is crystal clear, so if possible take a mask & snorkel you won't be disapointed. The sand gets quite hot.
How to get there: Book the trip via Kembali Villas transport, why.. they know the way. Many operators will say yes but not have a clue or make you walk 1km down to the beach. Approx 90 min drive from Kembali Villas along the east coast, you will pass Candi Dasa & depending how long you want to stay at White Sands Beach, you could make a round tip and take in other sights along the way, like Temples, Klunkung markets or go further & visit/stay in Amed etc.
Latest word is that developers have bought the surrounding beach front, with the intention of creating a resort complex & golf course. Sadly another part of unspoilt nature in Bali may disappear...be quick make a day of it
Cick her to go to some photos of White Sands Beach Bali
